NOTES
Registration fee ($60.00) is renewed annually, the first week of
June.
Two weeks of vacation credit is available each pre-school year (June 1 -
May 31) for children enrolled full-time. Vacation credit is for absences
of 5 consecutive service days and may be used for illness. A credit will
be applied to the account when vacation is registered in the business
office.
Discounts for holidays/daily absences are not given for full-time day care service.
The day care is closed during Christmas week; there is no charge for
that week.
All Northwood Academy students are billed hourly, not to exceed the
weekly maximum.

DAY CARE FINANCIAL POLICIES

- Payment of the service fee must be received in the business office
by closing (6:00) Friday of the week following receipt of service, or
10% of the service fee balance will be added as a late fee.
- An "after-hours" fee of $15.00 per 15 minutes (or any increment
thereof) will be charged for children not picked up by the scheduled closing
time.
- Day care services will be suspended for non-payment of service fees.
Full payment must be made to restore services.
- Parents are responsible for signing a child in and out. Failure to
sign-in or sign-out an Academy student will result in an hourly charge
from opening or until closing time.
